Some cases like this one only have one flap that protects the cards etc that you put in your pockets. It folds over the screen, adding an extra layer of protection to the most sensitive part of the phone. It was easy to install and I took it out twice and found it fairly easy to remove and replace. It looks stylish, has nice inner pockets that can fit 2 or 3 cards, some receipts etc without having to open the lid. The case can also hold the phone at an angle in the horizontal plane, which proved handy. It took a bit of research to see how to use it, but that's probably because I wasn't paying attention when I did it. The magnetic clasp keeps it securely closed, making it easy to close and slip into your purse or pocket. Good product, great price.
