Poor quality, no grip

About 30 days later the control lever broke and became so stuck that hand control was not possible. The hand control was one of the most important features for me. After this resulted in a scratched record, discontinued use and contacted product support. Revane couldn't do anything and sent a request to the manufacturer saying they would get back to you in a week. Never heard an answer, no effort, no support. So I stuck with a player that I can't use for fear of scratching the records.
