This filter seems much stronger than any other filter I've used on this machine. I also don't think it's a K&N filter, but a renamed Mann filter because it says "Made in Germany". Mann is known for making good products, so I have no problem with that. But you can find the same Mann filter without the K&N markup. I definitely bought it cheap from Revain and for me it's worth it if it works better. I don't have a lab to test this, but the overall build quality compared to Purolator, Fram, or OEM filters is remarkable.
