Hold the bottle together to get the oil. Curcumin is for oral use on the joints

I've been using this post workout spray for a few weeks now and can share my experience. First, the spray is used to treat skin lesions as well as to relieve deeper tissue inflammation such as those caused by arthritis, sports injuries, etc. It will relieve the symptoms of any of these minor ailments. I liked the presentation right out of the box. Nice bottle, would go well in my gym. However, the first time I used the spray, the bottle broke into three pieces (as in the photo). To put pressure on the spout without shooting the bottle through the bottom hole I had to use double sided tape on the inside. The spray itself is like an oil and smells slightly like beard oil or cosmetics. It's not too greasy but I have to rub it in to keep it on my skin. The active ingredient is curcumin, which is concentrated in very small amounts in turmeric. When taken orally, curcumin has been shown to reduce inflammation (and has a number of notable benefits). The article "Bio-Optimized Turmeric Long Extract Effective for Knee Osteoarthritis Pain" is my main source. When applied topically, it can be used for skin problems such as dermatitis. However, topical application does not appear to provide any benefit as it does not absorb well into the skin. Please correct me if I'm wrong but this product appears to be dead wrong. You need to take the main active ingredient orally. Anyway, I'm not getting any noticeable relief from the spray, but I'll have an open mind if I keep using it. Also, I will continue to look for studies that suggest topical works on deep tissue. Let's continue the conversation. 1 star so far.
