We ordered this particular box based on the reviews. However, the first box we received had the entire lid covered in stuff. We received a replacement and I've included a picture to show you the difference between what we just received and the one with no release paper. There is a piece of protective paper on the old cap so I am assuming it is a recycled return. The cover of the replacement device is clean but as you can see there is a large black spot on the front. I have the dr. Pulled out Frankenstein and swapped out the lids, but then I had to readjust the hinges a bit because the magnets weren't aligned. So between two units I have a real pure unit. Otherwise very teachable. Storage is great. The 4 top compartments plus 1 and 4 bottom compartments hold a little more than a standard pack of tea bags when stored upright. The two middle bottom ones are flat and can hold 6 pieces each. I have free packs in the box.
