Poor design, difficult to use, feels cheap and flimsy

The first thing that struck me when I took it out of the box was how light it was. I've had cases in a similar price range that felt significantly heavier and more durable. The front of the case has two plastic panels that are angled towards each other, leaving a vertical gap to let the light from the fans through. That's cool. But the panels appear to be made out of cheap plastic, and it also appears that they can break if even slightly mishandled. The absolute worst feature was down there inside and below where the designer inexplicably decided it would be a great idea to include a metal shell that should be 6 inches tall, if not more, thus drastically cutting off the space from the rest of the interior. This shell extended from front to back and was purposely attached in such a way that it could not be removed. Complete madness. The only thing that could be done with the shelled area was to stow a power pack inside. The power cords from the power supply had to be routed through a ridiculously and outrageously narrow slot on the underside, which only made the interior cluttered. You know, this is where you want space for the motherboard and everything that goes with it. I mentioned that there didn't seem to be an obvious way to direct a power source into a pointless shelled area, so I had to damage the grenade after giving up trying to figure out if I was missing something or maybe even a spell to recite. When I first started installing the motherboard and other items, I was already skeptical about the idea of going further with a case that cost me over $100. It seemed to me that if I didn't take this piece of junk back, I would let them get away with charging me a hundred dollars for something that I think is frankly USELESS. I wouldn't be surprised if all green fans died out in a few months at the latest. Unless they drop the price of that case down to $5 and use it to build a cheap entry-level computer for your kid. LIKE YOU ARE A SLOCK OF MOSQUITOES FLYING RIGHT IN YOUR PATH.
