This helmet is not suitable if you have long hair as the four yellow tabs holding the MIPS insert (see photo) will immediately press against your hair and get tangled up. On the cheaper Smith Convoy helmet, these lugs are partially covered with padding, but on this Session there is almost no padding and the lugs are exposed. (And there are no extra pads in the box like some helmets do.)
