Wow finally REAL BLACKOUT CURTAINS

The BEST blackout curtains out there. I’ve tried MANY advertised at blackout only to hang them and see they are just darkening. I’m talking years of attempts. As soon as I got these, I held them to the lamp and could not see any light through. I was so excited to see what they would show as in the morning sun. WOW. They look great! My fiancé and I have slept like babies since I hung them a few days ago. We had 2 windows and a door to cover. The sun shines on that side of the house and it was a nightmare in the morning even with wood blinds. These worked like a charm! Only showing light through at the top, since they have grommets. I need to steam out the wrinkles and possibly hem them but the 108” ordered was just what I needed. As for the color, I like it. I ordered the Oatmeal color. It’s actually darker than what I thought it would be. But I love that the design is "linen” style and has some texture. Sometimes I think the color looks purple but that may just be me. I kind of wish I got white but I’m not sure how that would be with the blackout feature. The material is definitely not soft, it’s more of a ridid harder fabric but whatever as long as it looks nice and blocks out the sun! My room is so dark now, perfect for us especially with my fiancé sometimes working night shifts and with a baby on the way. I looked for HOURS on all sites and read countless reviews on blackout curtains. I will only buy these from now on. I may order another set to make it look even more full. If you’re on the fence, GET THESE!
