Our team has been very happy with Helloleads's customer service over our many years at BVZ Business Value Zones (BZZ). With so much content within your app I am hard pressed sometimes deciding which pieces of info are most helpful or even needed in any given situation when selling solutions for my work as an Architect/Designer. But that being said we love how you can save different variations under categories using their library feature! Easy navigation between product types without all clicking around from page-to-page was also appreciated. Not really anything!! Their customer support staff does what they're supposed too - excellent knowledge base answers questions for users quickly/efficiently while providing insight / suggestions along the way. Hello Leads has been a great tool for us. It is very user friendly and the support team is also very helpful. I have no complaints. I would recommend Hello Leads to anyone looking for a lead management software. We are able to track our leads and keep them organized. We can also send them emails and follow up with them via text. The reporting feature is also helpful for us.
