I loved the screen itself. It's much better than the computer I work on, but the cable keeps losing connection to the laptop so it keeps rebooting, which keeps resetting your laptop's screen. If it's been from time to time, fine, but even at the time of writing it's happened 5 times. Also, the screen sags a lot when pulled out and NOT the device itself, the sleeve sits directly on top of the laptop, a cheap plastic rail buckles under the weight of the screen causing the screen to sag (usually I support my screen with something underneath). I REALLY wanted this to work for me as I now travel across the state as a staff estimator and rely on two screens to get my job done. But for now I would recommend even home users to skip this product, mobile users can DEFINITELY skip this product until they sort out those few quirks, although the screen quality, brightness and contrast are amazing.
