The best thing about Revava, in my opinion, has to be its user interface. It's very intuitive and easy-to-use. I've been able to set up rules that are both simple enough for me but also powerful when it comes time to make changes or add new ones. In addition to being relatively straightforward, there aren't many opportunities to get stuck once you understand how things work (which isn't always an issue with other programs). While we do not have any specific complaints at this point, if anything were going wrong, they would probably know by now since their customer support team responds quickly whenever questions come up. We're using revva as part of our internal sales process. This allows us to see what deals are currently available within our organization so we can decide which one will benefit our customers most effectively. As far as benefits go, having access to all pertinent information from multiple sources helps ensure consistency across different departments. Additionally, because everything is centralized into one system instead of spread out among I like how easy it is to use, the reporting is very detailed and there are many different ways of viewing your data. It's not as intuitive to set up a new customer or user but that shouldn't be too difficult. Once you have it set up, it is quite powerful and could potentially do everything one would want from a BI tool. The support team is also very helpful. We were looking for a tool to help us understand our customers better so we can improve their experience. This has been very successful.
