The ability for me as an employee at my work place, who identifies with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is that I can now use this platform without fear or shame about how much support we need in our office culture. It's not just ASD though - it covers all disabilities! We are able to provide accommodations for any disability, including those associated with mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression. This has been great because many people have told us they were afraid to come forward when requesting help due to the stigma surrounding these issues.
