Great platform and easy setup process

I like that we can have some great conversations with our customers, clients or prospects about how their data is being used in real time. As long as you're comfortable chatting one-on-one with your contacts it's an engaging way for them to learn more about us. We also love that they are able to interact via chat while still having all of our traditional sales tools available (email, phone etc.). This allows me to answer questions quickly, engage my customer or prospect before they walk away…

Great tool especially designed keeping focus of inclusiveness

The best thing I like about InChorus is that it helps me build an inclusive culture. It's easy to use, simple and quick way to add people in my organization. It has amazing customer support which makes it very easy for new users to learn quickly. There are many features which you can't understand or master with the first time. As we have more than one language, some things may be confusing at first. It would be really helpful if they provide translation feature as well. And also please…

An inclusive tool which helps everyone

The ability for me as an employee at my work place, who identifies with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is that I can now use this platform without fear or shame about how much support we need in our office culture. It's not just ASD though - it covers all disabilities! We are able to provide accommodations for any disability, including those associated with mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression.
