I like that we can have some great conversations with our customers, clients or prospects about how their data is being used in real time. As long as you're comfortable chatting one-on-one with your contacts it's an engaging way for them to learn more about us. We also love that they are able to interact via chat while still having all of our traditional sales tools available (email, phone etc.). This allows me to answer questions quickly, engage my customer or prospect before they walk away from a call, or even send out documents after a chat session has ended. The fact that sometimes people don't respond immediately makes sense when one takes into account that this isn't exactly the most exciting conversation anyone would want to be having at work. It feels a bit awkward if you get disconnected mid-conversation but other than that, no problems.
