Great product but read the listing carefully and know what you are buying.

Great product. It works as intended. However, you must read the description carefully. As others have pointed out, this isn't just a distant replacement for older styles that look nearly identical. Older models used DIP switches to set the fan frequency, this is digital. This makes the two systems incompatible, meaning you'll have to replace the receiver in the fan. Although not clearly visible in the listing, it also comes with a receiver. Just note that you will need to do some plumbing that will require some minor electrical work. One star deducted for the incomprehensible listing.
