I bought them hoping that a little extra compression of the foot would help with the cramp I always have this for Feel like walking about half an hour so I rode them a lot. I immediately issued a refund and sent these puppies back because not only were they too small even though I followed HER size chart, but the material was so rough it took less than 5 minutes to blister ( when I was wearing shoes, so that wasn't the problem). A plus? If your feet are smaller than mine (female 11.5) and you have time to constantly wash them until they are softer, well I mean I really like the way they look lol. FWIW, my roommate bought the men's BERING Quarter Athletic Compression Socks (6 Pack) last week and I borrowed a few pairs to see if they could help with my cramps before I ordered them. I really liked them, they fit me And they fit well, they haven't rubbed calluses anywhere (in the same shoes) and they look decent, although this isn't my favorite style of socks. My roommate also really likes the BERING socks I ordered, so I will probably order them from now on.
