Practical, but poorly packaged by the manufacturer.

The screws all messed up after unscrewing the cheap dividers leaving everything mixed up in the case. Saved only because the container was packed in an anti-static bag. The lid was loose, had it not been wrapped the contents would have been poured out as lost.
