I have foot pain from a spinal cord injury, this is the only shoe that not only improves my gait but also relieves hip pain. I love this shoe and haven't bought anything else in years. I almost cried when they discontinued the original, thank goodness they bought them back! It saved my ability to walk and my leg pain. Thank you K Swiss!
