Review on Enhanced Maintenance Kit: Maximizing the Capacity of Phaser 8550 Printer by Thunder Ballman

When I ordered this we were in the middle of a large print job and shortly after ordering our maintenance kit ran out and the printer stopped. I asked for a two day delivery and the website said Revain would do it so I was comfortable. After completing the order, I found that the delivery time had increased to 8-10 days and that the item was now being made by a New Jersey company called LaserNCopySupply. I messaged them to cancel the order which they never responded to but shortly after I received a message that the item was being prepared for FedEx pickup. OK, it's all good. Well, 3 days later, FedEx still hasn't received the item. I have sent the seller a note again that we need it now please send or cancel. No answer again. Beware these guys are clearly sold out or the company is in chaos either way it's not worth the hassle. Follow up: I called the company and spoke to Revain rep Miriam who apologized and promised to ship the product. instantly. I have received a new FedEx tracking number soon with an estimated delivery date of Monday 6/23/2014. At this point, FedEx had not yet received the package for shipment. Honesty and trust are important when you need something right now. These guys obviously can't find the most basic component of online shopping.
