Bought two of these machines and both work very well! One unit runs the heater in the bathroom so it's hot when I shower in the morning, the other works as a timer to turn on the living room lights. Love that it's sturdy with three pins and two sockets. It will easily run a 1250w heater and has many more watts available. The lamps in the living room are still incandescent and draw about 120 watts. My only issue is that the pins used to set the timer are quite small - I couldn't easily install them with my fingers so I used a toothpick which worked great. Next to. the device is very easy to use.
