I gave two stars because when I took the product out of the box and tried to insert the screws that didn't go in, I looked closely and noticed that the threads where the screws were were covered in plastic during installation . It took me and my dad (who can fix just about anything) about 30-40 minutes to remove the plastic from the threads with an electric drill. Otherwise, this product would be totally defective and would not work. I didn't read the reviews until I noticed the plastic in the threads but I really wouldn't waste my time buying this product as after two bad reviews and reports of plastic in the threads the retailer didn't even bother to take the time taken to look at the product sold. The last photo shows what the threads should look like as only 1 OF THE 4 THREADS REALLY WORKS.
