Review on Turner Moore Glitter Vinyl Adhesive by Dawn Fischer
A little tricky but awesome
At first I was disappointed with how transparent it looks but a little trick that works for me is to apply it to a layer of white vinyl before cutting and BAM. The color looks just as bright as in the pictures.
