This is DEFINITELY not easy to assemble. It took almost two days to install (remember that you can't do anything immediately when the baby is in the house). The front of the grip SHOULD NOT go into the front wheel mount, even after trying various possibilities. I ended up having to trim the plastic hole for the handle a bit to make it fit. Even after spending two days installing it and making sure all the nuts and bolts are tight enough, it's still VERY wobbly. I am very afraid to put my baby on it. I would definitely return this item, but I don't want to spend two more days uninstalling and packing it up. A lot of work!
