They work I don't know what the copper does but it almost completely relieves pain. I wake up in the middle of the night. If I don't put it on and my arm hurts so much that I can't even raise my arm, I put my sleeve on and after a minute my arm doesn't hurt so much and I can raise it without pain, I sleep perfectly the rest of the night, ah in the morning my hand is fine. Make sure you order the right size, otherwise it will be too tight on the shoulder, which will be uncomfortable.
