It really works! Eventually I WANT elbow surgery to remove bone spurs and I was in constant pain and would wake up at night from sheer pain. Despite the skepticism, I gave it a try and I slept well all night! I also wear it during the day. I highly recommend this brand. The inscriptions are starting to wear out pretty quickly, but that suits me.

I wear mine at night and no longer wake up in the middle of the night with elbow (tennis elbow) pain. Materials are good and seem well made, not too stretchy and not too hard, just right. it doesn't bother me at all, it doesn't itch, it's not too tight and it's not too loose. I wish they sold a 2 pack for a better price but other than that it's a good product.

Upper elastic stretches too quickly - loses its elasticity, but lower elastic retains its shape and strength. Although the upper elastic does not keep its elasticity for long, the product as a whole seems very useful for not hurting my elbow too much when playing golf. Too bad that despite all the technology used to develop this product, a part of the product did not live up to expectations.

I was skeptical at first. My doctor told me to get copper bushings for my "worn out" elbows. I use my hands all day, just like everyone else. He experiences renewed pain in his joints and muscles. I wore them for a good 2 months because I liked the hold. I'm very skinny so it seemed like my bones were popping out. It reduced the pain and the muscles around it. Give it a try, I promise you have nothing to lose. The knee wraps work surprisingly well. Nothing like weight loss, but they work.

I have tendonitis in my forearm which is interfering with playing the guitar. In addition to being able to rest more when I need to play, I've started using this case. It seems to compress it in a way that prevents inflammation and the hand feels better after playing than before when I wasn't using the sleeve. It is made of nice material so it is a pleasure to wear. Compared to other sleeves though, they seem good enough to wear.

They work I don't know what the copper does but it almost completely relieves pain. I wake up in the middle of the night. If I don't put it on and my arm hurts so much that I can't even raise my arm, I put my sleeve on and after a minute my arm doesn't hurt so much and I can raise it without pain, I sleep perfectly the rest of the night, ah in the morning my hand is fine. Make sure you order the right size, otherwise it will be too tight on the shoulder, which will be uncomfortable.

comfortable with a moderate level of support. I say mild = pain not completely eliminated but provides relief. As for copper, I can't say for sure if this element is a stimulus or heavy compression that helps. Maybe add a little placebo effect? After about a week of use, the iron-on logos/words will peel off. Too bad I can't praise/promote Copper Heal now. An embroidered logo would have been nice but I know they chose price over quality.
