Review on DEWALT DWFP12231 Pneumatic 18 Gauge 2 Inch by Logan Tripp

I purchased this product 7 months ago and have used it maybe 3 times in total. While nailing some sort of trim, the trigger stopped resetting and didn't work. I called Dewalt at 1-800-433-9258 and at first they were friendly and said they would send me a shipping label to send to a service center. After 30 minutes there is no label. I saw that they called me on my cell phone and asked me to call back because the representative forgot to ask for my home address. I've been trying to call them back for 30 minutes and every time they tell me the call cannot be processed at this time. I even tried their chatline and waited 25 minutes to connect. The product didn't last long and the service doesn't get much better.
