My cat wears this collar longer than any other collar. Notice the past tense? Well, after not giving a damn about it for a few days, she started slipping away from him more. So we tightened it and it slipped off again. I noticed that the bulbous ends are a little prickly. Nothing like a traditional collar but might be uncomfortable for her. So she's not wearing it right now, but she has no interest in leaving it either. If this changes we will try again. To be honest I don't see a softer, more durable cat collar on the market. If your cat wears a traditional collar with ease, chances are she will like its softness. Note: We removed the bell before use. Nice, but it's harder for cats to get used to collars with bells. The plan was to wear it in a few months, but we only had it on her for a few weeks.
