The ability to monitor social media and interact with my customers across multiple platforms is great. I am able to keep up to date with what they are saying about me on various sites and forums. It is easy for my clients to access their information. They can update it themselves if needed. I have also realized that this software has made our job easier by allowing us to quickly respond to customer concerns. We can now answer questions in real time when we receive them, rather than waiting until later at night or during the weekend.
