The best part is that it has all the social media platforms integrated in one place, which makes it easy to manage everything from one platform. I am using this software for my business and it's really helping me with managing my online presence as well as tracking down any negative reviews about my business. The ability to monitor social media and interact with my customers across multiple platforms is great. I am able to keep up to date with what they are saying about me on various sites and forums. It is easy for my clients to access their information. They can update it themselves if needed.
