I am so happy with these bulbs! I have just ordered four more packs for future backups. In the photos I posted of the outside of my home, the lantern above the front door is a gas light. Shown under the stairs at the entrance to the English Cellar, the lamp emits a light so similar to that of a gas lamp that it cannot be distinguished. This is the perfect finishing touch for my Capitol Hill townhouse in DC. I also put two of these 25 watt bulbs in a Tiffany lamp I have around the house for reading, and the warm, antique glow from these bulbs is just what I was looking for. Please note if you need an indoor lamp that gives off a lot of light this is not for you. Tese for people who want that old, historical, traditional, antique luster.
