Filaments cast a warm amber glow from our recently restored vintage chandelier. Luckily, 25-watt bulbs aren't so bright that you have to look away, as the beauty is in the design of the filaments. We can only hope that they continue to shine in the coming months.

I bought these for Halloween and needed an old school look with very low power consumption. Not bright enough for practical use, but if you want to set a mood, create an atmosphere in a restaurant, set up a movie scene, haunted house, etc., they're awesome.

Requires a low light Edison bulb made from an old fire hose nozzle. You were perfect. I needed three bulbs, so the wattage had to be low for the bulb to have the right glow. Love all the crazy threads! Nothing like an Edison lightbulb. As a plus, they arrived quickly. Would order again.

These are lightbulbs. They emit light. The light is soft. Perfect for watching a thriller. Or a good dinner if you're afraid the candles might start a fire. i love these lights I don't even use shadows because they look like something an old fashioned man would use in an 80's sci-fi movie. I would recommend these lamps to three of my friends. I wouldn't recommend them to a friend because he's the LED guy - you know what guy!

We needed a lamp that illuminates the light in a way that creates a small pool of ambient light that gives the shaded lamp a nice 'warm' and antique feel. I don't know the Kelvin temperature, but if you're looking for a mild, soothing look, you won't be disappointed. They even packaged the lightbulbs, each in their own box, and they were custom fitted into the larger box. It's a nice touch that shows the company takes the product seriously. I am so happy with these bulbs! I have just ordered four more packs for future backups. In the photos I posted of the outside of my home, the lantern above the front door is a gas light. Shown under the stairs at the entrance to the English Cellar, the lamp emits a light so similar to that of a gas lamp that it cannot be distinguished. Bought 20 bulbs for an 18 bulb Sputnik. They arrived safely and after two weeks they are all working. The size suits this lamp design very well. Most importantly, 25 watts works well. BTW I bought these to replace the Revain recommended 60 watt bulb which I bought with the bulb, what a disappointment. If you increase the number of 60 watt bulbs by watts, that's so high that not only is the light overpowered, but the dimmers (which you need to use) aren't rated as highly. My dimmer made a very…
