Only used for a few days but already helped give my beloved some freedom (as long as they use the button to call me for help). I, too, can relax better by not running to the bathroom every five minutes to check on a loved one. The downside was that the instructions included in the box were for a completely different product (doorbell) and had nothing to do with what was in my box. Luckily, people's feedback on the product and experiences helped. My other concern will be how long the batteries will last, but I wrote down the install date and time. I chose battery power over electricity due to power outages, the ability to take the receiver outdoors, and the ability to use the system when traveling. So far the purchase has been worth it.
