This is great! I bought this on the advice of a friend who was doing a serious hike in Europe. I have never had calluses on my feet, but lately they have appeared on both heels. I didn't want to go the wrong route and use a modified cheese grater on my legs. I know this is not the way to do it efficiently. I've been using this cream at night for about two weeks and it has really softened it up. I am no longer ashamed of my heels, they no longer crack or hurt. Although you're not using this on freshly cracked skin, it would be painful. First, make sure the skin has healed.
