I'd say it loosens up with strain. So if I do a lot of manual work, like remove it so he doesn't talk. The watch is very easy to put on and take off. The only downside for me is that I can't just put it on the charger as the bracelet is a long connected piece, I have to move the charger to the watch. Not a huge difference but I used to have the charger on my desk and it doesn't work with this type of strap. Just a very minor annoyance that I've gotten used to by now.
