The application for this device is useless

So the DVR works like any other DVR but the application is complete crap. Live video doesn't even load on the same LAN. The few times this worked, the video froze after just a few seconds. will return this divar and start the search again. Oh, and forget about getting IP cameras to work. I never could and it's been over a week since customer service hasn't responded.
