Very impressed when I received it. I bought different types of plastic and used them to connect CCTV camera cables in the attic. However, I recently had a failure and found the plastic on two of them was falling apart. I ordered them as a replacement because I saw that the description of their construction included a metal case and internals and gold plated contacts. When they arrived there were even more than I expected. Very high quality and very durable construction. Definitely worth paying a little more to avoid future mishaps.
