Review on Zerix Text by Matt Williams
I am not impressed with Zerix Text.
I am not impressed with zerix text. I tried the trial version and it does not work. My account was created without any issues. However, when i tried to add numbers to my account, it said "no connection". I called customer care and told them my problem. After 30 minutes of waiting on hold, the person told me that the problem was with my phone number. I tried again and same issue. This is not a joke, I am losing $25/day because I cannot send sms. Please try to solve this problem ASAP. If it is not fixed within 48 hours, I will cancel the account.

- Simple to use
- Has a lot of potential for growth and can be used as a full featured product
- Good support
Cons
- There is no way to do groupings or a pivot table like in excel.
- Data cleaning is a bit tricky and error prone.
- Lack of quality documentation and examples.
