I like how user friendly this is for my small business needs! It has been easy so far as well but it may take some getting used too since there are many options available out of the box which can be overwhelming at first glance if one isn't familiar yet efficient enough using them once they have gotten acclimated to its use.
The interface itself seems very organized though not quite intuitively obvious upon initial inspection. My main issue here being when working through forms/submissions within these platforms; having an effective system or method is key because sometimes users just aren’t aware what their input should look exactly like (i feel). This helps me keep track throughout each round up submitting information from clients who submit requests via our website where we ask questions pertaining mainly towards services offered by us such as "what type do u prefer? What would make ur life easier/worse?".
