Review on Vansky Outdoor Motorized Rotation Amplified by Lawrence Feldman

UPDATE: Contacted Revain product support and spoke to them. They said I can't make a replacement as this product was sold through a third party. I had to reorder another antenna while they sent a return label for my existing product. It was very easy to communicate and work with Revain PS and any issues were handled with ease. Now just wait for next day delivery and see if the new product arrives in perfect condition. After troubleshooting, it's either the motor or the power supply (hopefully not a product). The box was crumpled (only the Amazon shipping label was on the antenna box itself, not the Amazon box) and looked like it could be opened and returned as the product was scratched and the inner packaging was also bruised. antenna no problem. Turned it on and I only had 6 channels (ABC and ION) despite all TV stations within 30 miles. My $10 antenna that you place by the window used to pick up over 20 channels. This antenna was installed much higher in the attic. I decided to rotate the antenna but it didn't move at all. I've tried all sorts of permutations of twists and smacks on the remote buttons (the guide doesn't explain remote buttons) and nothing. I checked the antenna myself and the red light is not lit. I manually turned the motor and the light came on as I physically moved it. When I use the remote control, no red light and nothing. I just use the coax cable that came with it and an extra 15 feet to the TV. Need a replacement or refund and are willing to adjust the review and rating based on the outcome.
