I'm a size 8 and most of these straps fit me snugly and are best worn near the elbow where my arm is thinner. I've tried opening them up to fit around the wider part of my arm and have had some success, but it's really difficult to get them in a perfect circle when I stretch them out and they warp a little when doing so. . However, they look very cool, and if they have hands the size of a medium or smaller woman, they should fit very well. I like the ones with the dangling chains the most and the ones with the coils the least because it's difficult to get the coils to lay flat and not dig into my hands. Still, it's a fun set and a quirky, edgy look.
