Love it! We just got a new steamer and we definitely need new pads all the time. Pads are good in my opinion but I'm honestly not sure I like the steamer. As they say, here are the pros and cons. The pads are nice and thick, which is nice. I think they won't last long. The pads fit snugly against the steamer so they don't move easily. The big downside for me is that the pads are coated with some kind of chemical. This makes them almost waterproof and frankly useless until they've been washed a few times. I've found that most of the materials aren't like that anymore, which is disheartening, but meet industry norms, which is why I expected it. Be prepared to wash only a few times and don't use unnecessary fabric softener, it will just make them that way. All in all they are good for the price and I am satisfied. For best results, simply wash a few times before use.
