The most useful thing about this app is that it integrates well into our system of work flows for both internal communications (ie., to inform people) as much as external customer service interactions! It also syncs up very nicely between all devices so you can see your team mates status at any time regardless how far they are from their current location or phone number etcetera - which makes life easy when trying coordinate events / meetings across departments/offices within an organization but outside standard business hours e-counciling customers during office open times where we have employees who aren't working those shift timings either.

Not sure I like using just one single interface rather than having two separate apps such as SMS text messages & Slack would be good if integrated further down future updates however its only part way there yet i believe? Very handy tool once setup correctly though not cheap initially setup costs compared say other services out here offering similar features,.
