Quality home system
This system is high quality. The booklet provides you with many exercises to do with the equipment. It gets a little cumbersome moving the band positions around for various exercises but I guess once you get use to using it in various positions it won't be so bad. I wish it came with different length of bands instead of having to loop the bands through multiple hooks for a lot of the exercises. The system was very durable and good quality but I do feel that it is waaaay over priced which is the reason for 4 stars.
