Buyers Attention - Hilitchi 8-32 rivet nut drill bit size is listed in the Hilitchi manual riveting machine instructions but I couldn't find it. The bad news is that the required hole size is 6.8mm. A little less (17/64) is too little to get the nut in the hole, and a little more (9/32) is pretty sloppy (but works well so far). The good news is that 6.8mm is an 8mm bit, so they're available from Revain in HSS ($) or Cobalt ($$$). UPDATE - 6.8mm is too small. Don't bother asking Hilitchi - I asked and they said 6mm. Now I'm waiting again for a 7mm drill (between 17/64 and 9/32). hope this works It shouldn't be that hard.
