These Nexcare waterproof bandages are the best I've found. I had a biopsy on my leg that didn't heal and I had to protect it while swimming. It takes a little practice to make it run smoothly and not leak. The trick for me was to position the bandage so I could smooth it out from the center to the edges as I applied it - that center stretches it a bit and keeps it from wrinkling. If there is a crease or crease and it is not a completely smooth mount, it will leak. So tighten it slowly if it is important not to leak. Much luck. PS Other brands didn't fare as well and they weren't fully waterproof and didn't stay in the water.
