A good product backed up excellent customer support
Penfax is easy to use, flexible and adaptable. It has been very well received by our workforce so far with no major issues raised or concerns expressed. The platform offers us great flexibility in terms of how we manage pensions and benefits both at an enterprise level as well as for individual members. There are some services that can be improved such as the reporting functionality but this will come once they have rolled out their cloud service which I am sure it will deliver in due course! We continue to see strong growth year-on-year across all areas of our business including member numbers, engagement levels etc.

- Good support from colleagues (including product team)
- Great customer care
- Easy access via mobile devices if required.
- Solid technology solution not likely there'll ever any security breaches/issues here because its just too good!!Dislikes:
- Nothing really comes immediately springing into my mind
