Great for creating & managing Multiple Employer Retirement Plans

The ability to view multiple employer plans in one place, as well as being able to link them together into group retirement accounts is what I like best about this software package from PenFax. It's also great that it integrates with my payroll service provider so all plan documents are automatically uploaded when they're updated via Paychex or ADP. Not enough features at this time but I do appreciate how easy it was to set up our first Plan A/B account within minutes! We've been using this…

  • In general users don't want complexity..this gives simplicity by providing access through user friendly interfaces which include mobile devices too!! So happy clients who find themselves making better choices because its simple..not overcomplicated...which has become more rare these days!!! Thanks

A good product backed up excellent customer support

Penfax is easy to use, flexible and adaptable. It has been very well received by our workforce so far with no major issues raised or concerns expressed. The platform offers us great flexibility in terms of how we manage pensions and benefits both at an enterprise level as well as for individual members. There are some services that can be improved such as the reporting functionality but this will come once they have rolled out their cloud service which I am sure it will deliver in due course…

My experience using XpertHR was great and helped greatly during implementation

The easy navigation between employees, employers & trustees is very simple to navigate through - I would recommend that it be made easier in terms of how you can access/search by employee number or group head etc so we are not always having to search manually! It has been really helpful with ease-of use as well meaning less paper work involved if an issue does arise. Also being able to see all my documents at hand quickly makes me feel more secure about what needs doing next (if there's…
