Good afternoon We chose a new laptop for a long time,commpared many different manufacturers and models in this price category. As a result, we made our choice towards Huawei and purchased a HUAWEI MateBook D 14 AMD R5 7nm laptop for 59990 (a backpack as a gift) at the end of September 2022. Received it in acomuple of days. Turned on, started Windows and did not work on it until January 2022 (it was not possible to transfer data from the old laptop). In the New Year, they transferred the data and began to use the new MateBook D 14. After a week of full-fledged operation during a Skypecomnference, suddenly part of the screen began to flicker, a horizontal white bar appeared at a distance of 1/3 from the top of the monitor. A bright dot appeared on the monitor (something like a dead pixel). Reboots didn't help. With such flickering and distortion, it is impossible to work on a laptop.Contacted the service. Was told it needed to be repaired. And this is after actually a week of operation! For the first time we made a choice in the direction of Huawei and it seems that instead of a new laptop, we will now have Huawei from a repair for almost 60 thousand. In exchange for a new one, we were refused, because. more than 7 days have passed since the receipt of the goods. Another interesting fact: We bought in the official online store and there, at the time of the problem, I decided to leave my review. This review has not yet beencomnfirmed and not published on the store's website, although they took the laptop for warranty repair.
