I bought this as a gift for my elderly aunt. When I set it up I was embarrassed to find the item didn't work. It appears to be very cheaply made, confusing menus (if they appeared at all) and useless manual. I had to run to the store that same day to get a new one to replace it and I found a much better Samsung model at Target for $20 more. It was worth it.
