I bought these to mount on my double drop longboard. The set I ordered is white and has 3 modes: constant, slow and fast flashing. You switch between them by pressing the bulb, the fourth press turns it off. The strap appears to be made out of some sort of flexible silicone material, but I didn't stretch it too much to avoid tearing. They come with an "S" clip that keeps them closed. I only use them at dusk to be visible to cars. I wouldn't recommend using them as headlights at night as the light beam doesn't travel as far, making it easy to surprise a crack in the pavement before you have time to react. They serve my purpose (you can tell) and are easy to install, so I'm very happy with them.
